Lovely lady who made dusty bins. As children my sister and I had one each. Sheila contributed so much to the Kirkby Stephen community. I will always remember her for organising Santa every year. An original Kirkby Stephen legend. An interesting lady to have a chat with. A huge knowledge of our local history. R I P Sheila, your work is done .. ❤️
